The problem
Wellness apps hand you a timer and a voice, but never teach you the practice. You finish a session with no idea what you did, why it works, or what to do next. And most of them punish you for missing a day.
Why now
People are looking past generic mindfulness toward specific traditions — breathwork, qigong, reiki, sound. What is missing is a place that teaches those practices honestly and gives you a routine short enough to actually do.
Why I'm building this
I started this as a two-minute morning ritual, and kept running into the same thing: people did not want another timer, they wanted to understand the practice. So it became ten traditions, kept whole, each with its own teachings and 25 practices — and a voice that stays with you. Traditional practices are presented as tradition, evidence-based ones cite their evidence, and nothing here claims to treat anything.

How it works
Choose a tradition
Start with what draws you — breath, stillness, movement, sound, heat and cold.
Sit with what it is
Read where it comes from, then run a practice — a calm timer, step by step, a quiet voice beside you.
Come back
Your light grows with every practice. Whenever you return, it remembers all of it.
Inside the app

Come home to yourself
Ten traditions · 250 practices · one free in each.

Ten traditions, kept whole
Reiki, Pranayama, Qigong, Hatha and six more.

Feel it from the inside
Where each practice comes from, in its own words.

A quiet voice stays with you
Step by step, on a timer that never hurries you.

Two minutes, or twenty
250 practices, yours to move through.

Your light remembers
Every practice you finish stays with you.
What it does
Ten traditions, kept whole
Reiki, Pranayama, Qigong, Bhavana, Hatha, Nada Yoga, Löyly (heat and cold), Nidra, Shinrin-yoku, and Notes to Self — the Stoic journal, brought up to date. Named as they are, not blended.
Feel it from the inside
Every tradition opens with where the practice comes from and what it asks of you, in its own words — the concepts, the terminology, the technique before the timer.
A quiet voice stays with you
250 practices, step by step on a timer that never hurries you, each step spoken by a recorded voice — calm, unhurried, the same one every time. Two minutes or twenty.
Your light remembers
Every practice you finish feeds a small orb of light that grows brighter and fuller the longer you go. Your wins, your streak and your recent practices, all on your phone.
Wake with it
Set the alarm and the morning opens with a wordless waking minute — light, a smile the camera notices, an optional breath — before anything is asked of you.
Private by design
The optional check-in reads a selfie entirely on your device — never saved, never uploaded. No account, no sign-up, no tracking. Practices involving cold, heat or breath retention carry plain safety notes.

The morning gets a minute where nothing is asked
Onboarding now opens with the alarm and sets one before asking for anything. The waking minute is about thirty-three seconds of light and four measured lines — a smile the camera notices dismisses the bell, then an optional breath.

2.1 — Inner Light, and a warmer voice

2.0 — Energy Reset, and the ten schools
Morning Reset becomes Energy Reset: an all-day practice rather than a morning-only ritual. Ten energy schools shipped — Reiki, Conscious Breathing, Qigong, Meditation, Yoga & Mobility, Sound & Mantra, Cold & Heat, Sleep & Rest, Nature & Light, Mind & Journal — each with its own teachings and guided routines, one free routine per school, and tiered unlocks. They were renamed to the traditions’ own names in 2.1.

Check-ins are optional now
The daily reset goes straight to the practice. The energy check-in stayed, but it is a button you press when you want it — never a gate. The daily reminder is opt-in and set to your own time.
