The problem
Most people don't want an engine to build them a plan from scratch — they want a proven program written by someone who knows, and to just start. But finding a real periodised block and following it week by week is harder than it should be.
Why now
Hybrid Athlete Pro proved the engine. Training Plans is the other door: the same evidence discipline shipped as hand-written blocks, so you can browse, match, and start in a minute.
Why I'm building this
Not everyone wants a generated plan — some just want a good program and a week laid out in front of them. Training Plans is that: nine periodised, coach-written blocks, each shipping with the food to match, and a signature eight-week program for anyone who has no gym and no idea where to start. The written-blocks sibling to Hybrid Athlete Pro's engine.

How it works
Start, or be matched
Take the signature eight-week program, or answer six questions and be matched to one.
Calibrate it
Push-ups, a kilometre, your four days, what you eat. You get a dated target to train at.
Train week by week
Session by session, with the eating week beside it — then a review at the end of the block.

What it does
A signature program to start on
Hybrid Athlete Transformation: eight weeks, four days a week, no gym and no equipment. Two full-body days, a run, a mobility day — and four movements repeated sixteen times each, because the same movement every week is the only way the numbers compare.
The food comes with it
Every program ships a written week of meals matched to how you train — 64 recipes, none over ten minutes, with the macros worked out. Tell it what you cannot eat and those recipes come out of your week.
Matched, not generated
Six questions rank the library to your goal and answers, and tell you — in plain words — why this program fits you.
Week-by-week plan
Your matched program laid out as a calendar: today's session, this week, and the weeks ahead — no guessing what's next.
A real program library
Nine periodised programs — a beginner transformation block, Hyrox prep, tactical base, marathon strength, sprint tri, first-responder and more — 748 written sessions across 19 named plans.
Named tests, taken twice
Every block opens and closes with the same benchmark — THE GRIND, THE CARRY, THE FLOOR. Each is written at three levels, so a beginner and an advanced athlete take the same test at completely different doses. At the end of a block you see both numbers side by side.
Built for a real gym
Every session is scored for execution cost before it ships. Nothing goes out that needs five stations claimed in sequence at peak hours, and accessory work is paired with bodyweight so you hold one piece of kit at a time.

Hybrid Athlete Transformation, and the food to go with it
A signature eight-week program for people starting from nothing: four days a week, no gym, no equipment beyond a sturdy table. Four movements repeated sixteen times each, so every number you write down compares to the last one. It ships with its eating week — 64 recipes, none over ten minutes — and allergen filtering that removes what you cannot eat. At the end of the block, a review that shows your first numbers and your latest side by side, then matches you to what comes next.

Benchmarks, destinations and an execution budget
Every program now declares where it is taking you, and measures it: 12 named tests, each written at three levels and taken twice so the two numbers compare. Every one of the 716 sessions is also scored for execution cost before it ships — nothing goes out that needs five stations claimed in sequence in a busy gym.
